but that's ok. They are great dishes. And I don't know if other restaurants do this, but here, they let your steak "rest" for about 10 minutes after roasting it so that it keeps it's natural juiciness. Mmmm. If you're not sure what to order, they have a great tasting menu (five courses for $75), but everyone at the table must have it. All of the desserts here are heavenly, but one of the best I have ever had is their "Dessert Trilogy for Two" and all I will tell you is that it invloves 24 karat gold.
