An Irish Pub that also serves veggie burgers? What a concept! Located on Blue River Parkway in Silverthorne Colorado, Murphy's Food and Spirits is a bit far from the action. However, if you have been doing some shopping at the Silverthorne Factory stores or at Targets, Murphy's food and Spirits is worth a visit, The restaurant serves traditional pub fare. However, they complement their menu with healthier choices such as salads, ahi tuna and turkey and avocado sandwiches.
