This ice cream shop has something that is truly unique. I first became aware of them while at the Taste of Chicago. I ordered a taste portion and fell in love!!! At first glance, I thought that the multi colored ice cream that was served to me was going to taste like a standard sherbet, but boy was I WRONG! The taste was unbelievable. Each color had a different flavor and it was chock full of surprising add ins. I bit into chunks of fruit and nuts that gave it a unique flair. I finished my taste portion and immediately got back into line to get a full size cone. I could not stop thinking about that cone and looked them up. I was elated when I realized that they had a brick and mortar shop and decided to check it out. I was shocked to see such a large crowd waiting in line. I think that there icecream is the most unique that I have ever had!!!!
