I went in because read a few alright reviews. I called in to check the price for a haircut, $30. I was thinking at that price, it gotta be better than those under $15 haircuts down the street. When I got there, they immediately ushered me to wash my hair. Afterwards, I asked for suggestions b/c i wasnt sure what i wanted. Then the cutter said, "oh you gonna give me trouble." I was like what the hell. And said "I can give you layers." My hair is very thin and i have no volume, so I asked her if she could give me volume, too. She replied, "oh no you have to get perms for volume." At that moment, I should have just left!! but too bad my hair was already washed, so i felt bad leaving. Then I asked for magazines to get some ideas, and she reluctantly went to get one magazine for me. After some browsing and pointing to her what i liked, she kept shooting me down. Frustrated, I was like fine...I'll give u benefit of doubt and she took the mag away. Took her 30 mins to cut my hair. and it's SO simple. I could've gotten the same cut in so many of the 12 dollar salons down the street. So in short, the lady that did my hair (btw, crystal) had no professionalism. If you want a styled cut or a cutter that listens to you to give you a cut that fits you, dont go there. Go to a more expensive one. If you want just a trim or simple cut. Dont go there. Go down the streets.
