I always come to Stater Brothers for many reasons. One main reason is the prices are excellent. Another is that it is a small store so your shopping can be done quick. I did encounter a problem last week that was a total shock to me at this location. The cashier, (Aaron, who's name I got off my receipt because her name tag was turned around) was extremely rude and the girl bagging my groceries was clearly new and untrained in packing food items properly. I broke 3 bags while unloading them into my trunk. I had cans with fresh fruit all in one bag. I had frozen food items smashed because she placed heavy items on top. She packed as much as she could into one bag which caused the 3 to break. Back to cashier, she was on the phone, gossiping about someone (she was so quiet you could barely make it out) and after she hung up she was telling the other girl how so and so "sucks". I told her thank you as I was handed my receipt and she never once looked or greeted or said your welcome to me. Very rude. I will be going to another location, but this is rare.

I have only been here once and before I came here I had no clue it was a Mexican restaurant. When you walk in it is very dark inside which bothered me a bit because it was not what I am used to when I go in to eat somewhere. The staff was friendly and service was good. I had some type of burrito plate that was also very tasty.

They have a pet grooming next door. They staff is always easy to find and help you out. I have come in many times not sure which light bulb to buy for my turtle and they staff is right there to help you out. This store is your one stop pet shop need.

To this day I have never had such great tasting egg rolls. This location has 3 for 99 cent tacos. Others only have the 2 for 99 cent. They don't have this special all the time, but when they do you gotta get some! They also have a fairly large selection of shakes to choose from that are always good. My order has always been right. The only complaint I have is that they should post a sign up at the menu that says the ATM is not working because nothing is more frustrating than going through and ordering your food only to find you cant pay because the ATM is down.

They have foods, drinks, kitchen wear, decoration, and furniture from around the globe. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. This may seem strange, but inside the store has a nice smell....yes weird, but it's very nice and calming to come here. Customers even seem to be in good moods while shopping, and thats rare! :) This is a great place to go Christmas shopping for the rare items.

If you have wide feet, you can find a pair of cute shoes here because the shoes are made bigger then what you may find elsewhere.

During Halloween they have a Halloween area with many costumes. But come early for these, cause everything goes fast! You can also buy candy for your party or just for you. :) For other holidays like Christmas or Easter, they have many small gifts, paper goods, or other party stuff for the season. If you need small gifts for your kids class...you can buy it here also. Prices are reasonable and during a sale the prices are great, sometimes up to 75% off!

This is a good store for the bargain shopper in you. You do need to give yourself some time to look through everything but it's well worth it. If lucky you can find high end name brand clothes and shoes for more then half the sticker price. I buy all my sons Quicksliver and Billabong tees and shorts for under $10 each. Thats a deal! This location however, from my experience, is one of the messier and hectic locations. The one in San Dimas is cleaner. The lines are long and slow. They should hire more employees to keep the store clean and the lines to move faster. The lines do at times keep me from buying anything.

Another inside the West Covina Mall, this place has cute and trendy jewelry and hair accessories. Whether it be for prom, a wedding, or just for fun, you can find it here. They also do ear piercing, which I would not do at a place like this because they use a piercing gun which places you at a higher risk of infection (go to a tattoo or piercing shop, much safer and cleaner). This is a small store, so finding what you need is no problem. They also carry cute printer tissue paper to carry in your purse. Prices are good and they often have 2 for one type deals. Never had a bad experiance and I do continue to come here.

This place is inside the West Covina Mall downstairs. It is a popular place for teens. They carry what many stores don't which is punk, goth, rock style clothes, music, and accessories. You can buy body jewelry, backpacks and purses of your favorite band. They also sell posters and goth type movie memorabilia. Simpson's stuff is here too is you need a new Homer beer coaster. You can also find flash back to 1980 cartoon character items like My Little Pony and Care Bear items. From the outside it may seem scary, but inside the staff will make you feel welcomed and you want to come back again.
