The only good menu item is wonton soup

This place is supposedly voted one of the best places in Houston for Chinese, but I don’t buy it. The food has an odd aftertaste that almost tastes like freezer burn. The staff is rude and always seems in a hurry, even if you are the only person in the restaurant. The dining area is cluttered and looks dingy. The wonton soup is the best I’ve had, but unless you are getting your soup to go, skip this restaurant.
