If I had to choose between Polish sausage and Italian sausage, I'd definitely go for the Polish (with the exception of pizza toppings, of course). I'm not a big fan of store-bought polish sausage like Hillshire Farms or whatever big name brand is in the meat section. I like the "homemade" variety found at my favourite delicatessens.
For the ultimate Polish Sausage, visit Pink's on the corner of Melrose and La Brea in smeLA, California. You'll not only get a great sausage or dog, but you may even see a celebrity. It's said to be quite a hot spot for sightings. Though I doubt Jessica Alba is all that big on the sausages... Hmmm... Or maybe she is.
