Okay, Sophia... I get eye rolls for this alllll the time, but you said Mission Valley and you said happy hour...
Hooters is my answer. They really do have great wings! I especially like the breaded ones, buffalo sauce on the side.
I hear Trophy's is good too, but I don't dig it. Hmmm... How about the Pelican Bar and Grill? I THINK that's in Mission Valley...
