Chuao offers organic chocolates made in-house and in very limited quantities. If you're looking to order more than a dozen, call ahead to make sure you get exactly what you need. They offer your traditional fillings, but I'd recommend trying the herb-infused chocolates. This combination of chocolate and herbs has gotten very popular and chuao is particularly innovative in their combinations of things like basil and chipotle with dark chocolate.
