Ivars on the montlake cut is one of my favorite happy hour deals. They have a great bar on the water so you can watch the boats traveling to and from lake washington. They have beer specials and discounted appetizers to go along with the great scenery. Also, in the summer months they have a balcony so you can be even closer to the water or even boat up to their dock for a snack.
