Last week an old friend came to visit and he ordered Chinese food to be delivered from RED JADE. The food was delievered fast, was fairly reasonable and sure tasted good! I hadn't eatten food from this restaurant before and was impressed. Prices range from about $5.50 to $9.95
with lunch specials for eatting in the restaurant. Delivery is free but there is a $15 minimum for delivered orders.

Yes, ROUND TABLE is a chain pizza parlour but what makes their pizza special is the quality and tastiness of their food! The variety of pizzas offered should be able to please most folks, but my all time favorite pizza is the CHICKEN AND GARLIC GOURMET PIZZA! (Even my picky teenager loves the flavor of this one!) ROUND TABLE has a large dining room that has a casual atmosphere and there are video games to keep the kids occupied while they are waiting for their food.
My family loves ROUND TABLE PIZZA so much, that for the last couple of years we have had almost all of our birthday celebratory dinners at the Geary (near Arguello) location. Try it out, you won't be disapointed! Plus, soft drinks can be refilled free.

Melisa's is my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant!
I prefer dining in Melisa's unassuming dining area, but food may be ordered to be picked up, or it can also be delivered. Lunch specials are served 6 days a week between the hours of 11 AM and 3:45 pm. For $4.60 to $5.50 a lunch consisting of soup, and entre with rice and fortune cookies for dessert may be purchased. Dinners range from $5.95 to $11.25 and the menu includes various meat dishes and vegetarian ones. My favorties are the Lemon Chicken, Tomato Beef Chow Mein, Kung Pao Tofu with Vegetables and the Fried Crab Meat Rangoon appetizers. Your taste buds will be happy and your stomach will surely feel satisfied after eating Melisa's wonderful food!
Wine, beer and sake are also available.

My favorite place to shop is my neighborhood Albertson's supermarket located at Fulton Market on the corner of Fulton and Masonic streets in San Franciso. Fortunately for me, it is close to my home, but the store is easliy acessable by MUNI transit bus lines #43 and #5, and has a large underground parking lot for those who drive. Besides being a place to purchase one's groceries, Albertson's has an instore Sav-On Pharmacy, photo processing center, movie rentals (On Mondays and Wednesdays movies can be rented for just $1!), a deli, bakery, blood pressure monitoring machine and job search computer station. Every week, Albertsons begins a new weekly sale that features many name and store brand items for a low price. Plus, with an Albertsons free customer card, one may earn free discounts, money off coupons and specail promotions that come in the mail. The staff at Albertsons is always helpful and friendly!
