hire incompetent attorneys - case in point: Leonid Ponomarchuk who could not write a sentence to save his soul (he's now a family law commissioner, go figure...he must have known where some of the bodies were buried) Mr. Ponomarchuk once ruled on a case not protecting a divorcee in an extreme domestic violence scenario. When she took her son to the visitation site to meet his father, she was killed by the father (a known abuser) because Mr Ponomarchuk failed to act on a protection order.
