Ok, so underneatha ll the glitz and glamour, this is a diner/coffee shop/ It is open 24 hours and the portions are very good sizes. I am tellign you to ge tthe hot dogs because they get their weiners from Pink's. This is important to know because in Los Angeles, people will stand in line for over an hour at 2 in the morning for one of them. So if you are here, know that you can do no wrong with the hot dog.

This place is good, but there is better on the Strip, especially for the money. They serve Northern Italian food and the cost ranges from around $15 to $30 per person, not including wine or dessert. As I said before, there are better places on the Strip to get Italian, but there are also worse places you could go.

that says al ot , considering that this is Vegas and there are a LOT of buffets to pick from. However, this is a buffet that expected to be good, since it is in a Strip hotel. Anda hotel that SHOULD know how to put together a good buffet. And they do. It has all the staples, of course. But done well (especially the seafood). A nice surprise in the desserts are the freshly made crepes...Mmmmm

Of all the wannabe Creole restaurants ont he Strip, this one hits the mark. It IS expensive, so be sure that you are ready for that. If that is expected, you WILL have a great time here. It's namesake is actually in New Orleans, so the food is expected to be as good as it is. The price actually is not bad for what you get, which is authentic Creole cuisine served up with style and panache (and around $65 a person).

I really wasn't expecting what I got here. This hotel has really just one kind of room for regular folks, the rest seem to be geared towards stealing some guests of the other hotels. The regular rooms are nice, but nothing special (interernet access is extra!). Basically around the same size or a bit smaller than the rest of the Strip. the televisions are a good size, too . But who comes to Vegas to watch tv? The good thing is that there is nowhere to go but up and the up is that the suites have wonderful views and computers (no laptops to bring!).
Bottom line is that there are nicer places to stay for a comparable price.

they get you with the little extras that are standard elsewhere on the Strip. It's brand new, but everyone already knows that. I was disappointed to see that this really seems to be a vanity project and that it's all about looks, not giving the guests the best experience possible.
the hotel itself is gorgeous, beautifully appointed and very comfortable.

This hotel left a bad tast in my mouth the first time I came to Vegas. It was because if you are not a guest or on your way to a restaurant, shildren are not allowed. that has to be against some kind of law.
But if you have money, there will be a LOT of people to kiss your posterior. But if you are not dressed the part 24-7, you will get some looks. It' sslightly uncomfortable due to this, but if you can ignore it, it's a great place to be. Heated pool year round, great room amentities and all the extras that come regularly here that are extras elsewhere.

If you're coming to Vegas, you're either going BIG or goign cheap . Here, you can go relatively cheap, but be very comfortable and happy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, they even have a nice sized sitting area. The come equipped with hair dryers and irons and offer Internet hook-ups for those of us that can't go without our email.
Perhaps because they are off-Strip, the service here is great and the bathrooms come STOCKED (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath gel and mouth wash). the pool is good for off-strip and once a week they have BQq's during the summer.

For a place called the French Market Buffet, they have basically ALL kinds of food but that: Italian, Mongolian, Barbecue, American, Seafood, Mexican and Chinese. Nice, but the name is definitely misleading. The food is uninspired and breakfast made me want to lose my lunch. Oh yes, they actually DO serve crawfish, but that doesn't make up for the rest.
