This dining room here is simply ostentatious. I mean, from florr to ceiling, it's simply overdone. Hoever, the food more than makes up for it. The food is a mix of contemporary and classic Cantonese, Szechuan and Hunan dishes, as well as live seafood specialties. Specialties include Maine Lobster Dumplings with Ginger Sauce; Minced Squab in Lettuce Petals; Crystal Florida Stone Crab Claws; Garlic Beef Tenderloin, and Imperial Peking Duck. Get a window table if you can. the restaurant is surrounded on three sides by gorgeous lake and garden views and also features music synchronized to the soaring fountains of Bellagio.

Ok, since this is the Bellagio, it is not surprise that there is a restaurant called Picasso and that there are actual original Picasso oil and ceramic paintings on to the walls (hence the name)....
Ok, since this is the Bellagio, it is not surprise that there is a restaurant called Picasso and that there are actual original Picasso oil and ceramic paintings on to the walls (hence the name). The food is French-Mediterranean cuisine and is so good it's been awarded the AAA Five Diamond Award of Excellence for 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. That says a LOT. Go for the a four-course tasting menu, trust me...

The Fix restaurant and bar serves a small but surprisingly varied menu including seafood, sushi, kobe beef burgers and steaks and from dinnertime into the late evening. All I can say is that kobe burger was AMAZING. I am a burger maniac and that was the best burger I have EVER had. And that is saying a lot. Do yourself a favor and try it.

It is owned by the same people, but as is normal in business, they took a great idea that worked than brought it down a notch. And made it Italian (my absolutel fave). The food is yummy and the service is perfect. Lunch is a great experience as well. It overlooks the lake making it a perfectly romantic place to take your date, wife, girlfriend, lover.

For those that don't know, patisserie means pastry making. So, needless to say, this place is definitely after my heart. They serve soo many scrumptious things, I can barely contain my thoughts: crepes, gelato, smoothies, plus a treasure trove of of candy. Never mind they have the world's tallest choocolate fountain (it's like Willy Wonka come to life for adults).

They have things that most do not (such as roast duck and gourmet mushrooms). Lunch is when you'll get the best value, but you might fall short for dinner, as the prices can make you sorry you didn't just go to a regular sit down restaurant. The desserts are out of this world, and for a dessertaholic, they might be worth the price of the buffet alone.

This hotel has a lot of surprises in their restaurants. And this is no exception The Victorian Room is great for a coffee shop and one of the few coffee shops actually worth eating dinner in. It can be considered expensive for a coffee shop, but this is Vegas and you can get lobster for $4 here, so take that with a grain of salt. they even have Chinese food on the menu. Also, breakfast comes with coffee cake. Very nice touch, I was impressed.

Ok, this is a very strange thing to find in this hotel for two reasons. One, you would not think an upscale French-continental restaurant would be in this basically no frills hotel. That said, the food is fabuoous, so if you are staying somewhere else, this is a reason to come here. Second, at 2 in the morning 3 days a week (Wed, Fri and Sat), this place becomes an after-hours club with a house DJ.
