In recent years, this course, previously known as "Shagbark," had undergone major upgrades and maintenance work. The greens, fairways, and tees have all been reseeded, and the result is one of the nicest courses in Kansas, for the price.
If you're even in Leavenworth for any reason, try a lunch at High Noon, and an afternoon at the Oaks.
