I've gone to Isabel for years. She is very very friendly (most likely will she tell you you're beautiful at least twice as she does to everyone) and does great work. Her shop is maxed out with signs about her son, Miami, and her places of travel. She even has a sign that says "20% off Students, 20% off everyone else!" and another "$25 returned check fee. No Checks!" What's not to love? But seriously, don't be discouraged by my description of her idiosyncrasies because she is a fantastic dressmaker and can sometimes have your clothes finished within 24 hours.
