I have been going to the CapitalCare office in Ravena for over 8 years now, and I have always been treated great. It is a primary care and urgent care center as well, so you can often get in without an appoinment if you call the same day. The only problem with this is that you might not get to see your actual primary care doctor, and you might be in for a wait. It's all worth it to see my doctor, Dr. Caulfield. He is caring and very learned, and I would recommend him highly.

Fantastic Sams is a great place to get your hair cut and washed for under $20. Don't expect to be pampered, you'll get a decent cut and style but you'll have to wait in a crowded seating area to get it. I've always been pleased with the results and my wait was never more than 30 minutes, but I would be much happier if they took appointments. Another plus is the fact that they do have coupons available occasionally.

Bombers Burritos should come with a warning: Do not eat for a day before attempting this burrito. Seriously, they are huge, full of fresh ingredients and tasty. I love their BBQ Chicken burrito, it's really barbequed. They have other items like tacos and even Frito Pie, but stick with the burritos, they're awesome! They have vegetarian options too. Parking is a drag on Lark, but park on the side streets and walk if you have to!

Well, at least in my opinion. El Mariachi has some great and authentic tasting Mexican foods, and dishes you might not find other places in Albany. Their mole sauce is excellent, and they offer seafood in many of their dishes, which isn't usual for Mexican food at many restaurants. Have the cafe con leche with your dessert, it's great and you'll be glad you did. Parking is a bit bad because of the location, but I find the array of dishes and nice atmosphere worth the trip or two around the block it will take to find a parking spot.

This Chinese restaurant has some great (predictable). The food is prepared fresh, doesn't have that greasy taste that some Chinese takeouts have, and is the usual mix of Americanized Chinese fare (Lo Mein, Chop Suey, Chow Mein, etc). The only problem is finding parking... N Pearl is not exactly brimming with parking lots, and the on street parking is minimal. They do deliver locally though.
