Vietnam is a fantastic little restaurant in the Chinatown area of Philadelphia. From the outside, it doesn't look like much--but inside it's a very cute establishment. I think it's a nice place to take a date--but not if you're looking to impress by picking up a very expensive tab. The dishes are fantastic, and really reasonably priced--my date and I both ate for less than 30$.
