The Boettcher Family is probably one of the most well-known family names in Colorado. If you ever get a chance to just go and walk around there, I highly recommend you do! If you are looking for a place to get married, definitely check it out! It is beautiful and intimate, especially in the room with the fire place. The staff is very friendly as well!

I attending a wedding here this summer and was most impressed! I had always seen it from the highway and was curious, so I was glad I got to go there! The wedding was outside and no one even realized the highway was yards away. The views were beautiful and breathtaking! The staff was very helpful in coordinating the wedding and the food was good. It seemed to me like a little hidden secret, so if you are looking to get married, check it out! It is also located only 20 minutes west of Denver, which is a plus!

I had a good burger! They also have a great chocolate dessert, which is rich enough to share with a friend! They of course specialize in beer and have a variety of good in-house brews! I liked the apple cider beer the best!

I love their corned beef! The staff is friendly and their sandwiches are very reasonably priced, for the amount of food you get!

Noodles seem to be a big rage these days, so I had to check it out for myself! Pho 79 isn't much to look at and I was a little hesitant going in, but I am glad I did. I had a big bowl of the Vietnamese Noodle Soup. It had chicken in it as well. It was very delicious! It is that perfect "get well" soup that your grandma would suggest! It is cheap also! I wish they had one a little closer to my house. I probably wouldn't go to this one at night.

If you are looking for romance, there is no better place than the Flagstaff House. Wow! This place has the most amazing views and food that I have ever seen and eaten in my life! It was VERY expensive, probably the most expensive meal I have ever had, but it was worth it! I had lobster which was out of this world! It is a very beautiful place to get married. They have a great deck outside, which would make a perfect place for a morning or afternoon affair.

They also have a very extensive bar, which is nice! It is very expensive, but worth it! I think a lot of famous people hang out there, so it would be fun to go more often!

Thornton isn't known for much, but Brittany Hill is one of those places you can't miss. It is located on a hill right above I-25. It is a beautiful restaurant, with amazing views of the city. It is almost worth going there just for that. They do have a decent variety of food, but it is expensive and I don't think it is all that great. It has a "prom-like" atmosphere, so perhaps it is good if you are or have teenagers!
