Although this is a camp for Easter Seal kids, my experience with this site was the wedding I performed there. I'll go so far as to say this is one of the best-kept wedding site secrets in the Denver area. it's beautiful. The site and views are gorgeous, and even the inside is more than I expected. I was anticipating total rusticity and while it is casual, it is also elegant. The fireplace in the reception room was a lovely backdrop for the ceremony and the reception itself was very well done. this place has lots of room to spread out and nooks and crannies outdoors to wander around in. A little bit outside of town, for sure, but no father than other mountain sites.

Getting married at Cherry Creek is Colorado's answer to ceremonies by the waterfront. We might be lacking an ocean, but this site is the next best thing. Have your ceremony performed outside on their terrace overlooking the Cherry Creek Reservoir. It is beautiful. Inside, their banquet room is spacious and well laid out and their staff is outstanding. they have a full bar on site and the acoustics in this room for music and dancing are above average. A very memorable site for your special day.

I performed a wedding here in the Pinnacle Club's Capital Peak Ballroom and it was a sight to behold. Literally! This room on the upper floors of the building has breathtaking views of the city and the mountains. It is easily the most gorgeous backdrop I have ever experienced. In addition, the staff are very accommodating and eager to make your day very memorable. There is nothing they won't do to insure your happiness, so prepare to be pampered. Receptions there are also an elegant affair, where your guests will be wined and dined in style until the wee hours of the morning.

This is a great out-of-town place to have your wedding--especially in the summer. Zelma Warren, the event coordinator there, will go the extra mile to be sure that your day is special. Their ceremonies are held in a beautiful meadow behind the site and the bride gets to make a very long entrance from the bridal changing room, across a bridge and down a wooden stairway. It's so picturesque! Speaking of pictures, you'll get some great shots on their grounds. Receptions are wonderful here as well. The other good thing is that if you have a number of out of town guests, this is a wonderful place for them to stay before the wedding day. They'll have a wonderful time hiking, enjoying the hot springs and the stables.

I must admit when I was asked to perform a wedding here last year, I didn't expect to be so impressed. The outside of this building is nothing special--indeed I passed by it all the time and never gave it much thought. Once inside, however, it was a different story. It's really nice!! The wedding was held on one of the upper floors in a small room off the reception/banquet room and it was warm and nicely decorated. the staff were very helpful in assisting with coordination. The reception food was very good and served hot. The Warwick turned out to be much more of a gem than I had anticipated!

Everyone raves about this restaurant and I'm not sure what I am missing. The building is an old brick house, which is lovely and charming. I tired the restaurant again recently and continue to b unimpressed. We were able to sit outside on the front porch, which is nice, but neither the food nor the service was anything special. Perhaps they hope to get by solely on their ambiance. I'm not sure--we had one of those "disappearing waitresses" who never makes an appearance when you want something. I also didn't care for their salsa. I'm giving them a "good" rating just because so many others don't seem to share my negative opinion. I don't know what I'm missing!

I fell in love with this beautiful chapel when looking for sites for my daughter;s wedding. The site allows you to bring in your own officiant, which is a nice addition. Inside, the chapel is very pretty and you could get some lovely photographs, both there and outside on the lovely grounds. The only drawback is that the reception facility is not very large nor pretty. In the summer months, you could set up a tent and have your reception outdoors and that might be your best bet.

This quaint chapel in the heart of Golden is a wonderful place for your small to medium sized wedding. The chapel holds more than the downstairs reception hall, which I believe can accommodate up to 80. Prices vary according to the day of week you select, and you are able to get some very good deals if you book during off-peak hours. The site offers all-inclusive services, or you may bring in your own. (Beware that you will pay more for this, however--they really want you to use their on-site staff--like the minister. Same with the caterer for the banquet--you can bring in your own, but there is a fee.). I like the chapel here more than the banquet room. The latter is downstairs and no matter how nicely they dress it uo, it seems to have a "basement" feel to it. The chapel, however, is very pretty and a great alternative to the couple who want a religious feel to their ceremony yet don't belong to a church of their own.

This is the place to host your BIG wedding. This event center is very large and the dramatic center stage a beautiful backdrop for your wedding. Their large bar and lounge area in the back is a perfect spot for your guests to meet and mingle while they wait for you to have your photos taken. The dance floor is quite large and your guests will enjoy being able to spread out--no bumping elbows while you boogie. Their in-house catering offers very good food that is well presented. There is an outdoor patio, lots of free parking and a beautiful bridal changing suite. All in all, Copper Fields is a very good value as well.

This store, while smaller than some of the other natural food stores, offers a lot of variety of organic and natural food products. I actually enjoy the compactness of the store--sometimes you just want to pick up what you need and head out, without walking up an down miles of aisles. A recent trip there for wheat-free pasta yield three or four brands of such--I just don' think I need more variety than that.
There selection of natural personal care products is fairly extensive and I can always find what I am seeking. The staff is easily accessible and helpful.
