Customer Service at its best

If you're an outdoor enthusiast in any way, then you've probably visited this great store. It's more than a store--more like a monument (a hand's on one) to the outdoor amazing pursuits that Colorado has to offer. The staff are consistently helpful and friendly, the store aisles are spacious and easy to navigate and their selection is second to none. Their sales are quite good and if you're not a member--you need to be! They also have tons of convenient free parking.
I bought a swim cap there and returned it unused (still int he original package) and I had the receipt. No questions asked. Within moments, my credit card was refunded and I was on my way--a happy camper (pun intended)
That, my friends, is customer service at its best!
