When you're going to an event at the Orange County Center for the Performing Arts, a good place to begin the evening is Scott's, which is within walking distance of the center and its garage. The seafood and steak dishes won't disappoint, and the high-energy atmosphere -- many of the other diners are headed for the center too -- will get your evening off to a good start.
