I bought an upgraded cellphone at the Sprint Nextel at 631 Wilshire Blvd. in Santa Monica mainly because the store was convenient (on the edge of downtown and a nice walk from where I live). But the store has proved to have solid and reasonably fast service. I took my Samsung A920 back in because I couldn't upload photos from it to my computer. I had to wait 10 minutes for service, which I don't mind if the problem is solved, which it was. Turned out my cell didn't have the memory card that was supposed to come with it. The store didn't hassle me, which it could have. It installed a card, and now I'm happily uploading photos.
