I have eaten at Frasca a number of times and it compares favorably with the best restaurants in the country The chef was just named one of Food & Wine Magazines 10 best new chefs, and it is clear why The menu is consistantly interesting, the food preparation is great, and the service is top-notch The wine list is very well done, and has both quality and variety without exorbitant mark-ups Frasca is clearly the hottest new restaurant to join the Boulder scene in quite a while, and it's a great addition
