Hamrick's of Raleigh, located behind The Last Catch Seafood Restaurant and Grill on New Bern Avenue, has clothing for men, women, teenagers, children and babies. They also have a petite section, a "large" section and a house wares section. Hamrick's has great prices on all their stock every day. They also frequently have decent sales. The store is dingy and dusty, but the employees are friendly and helpful.

The Last Catch Seafood Restaurant, located on New Bern Avenue in Raleigh, directly off the 440 belt line, has the worse seafood I have ever tasted. The shrimp they serve is cold, tasteless and bland. The hush puppies were burnt and dry. The salad consisted of a few iceberg lettuce leaves and nothing else. Do yourself a favor and go to Knightdale Seafood!

Hi 5 is one of the restaurants owned by Dean Ogden and Kevn Summer and is part of the Rocky Top Hospitality Group. Hi 5 is basically an upscale bar. The restaurant has some sort of special every evening. We were there Tuesday night and the special was $4 from the bar, meaning that any drink you wanted was a maximum of $4. My husband tried a new beer from their Mash House line. Hi 5 also has wonderful kobe beef hamburgers, kick'in chicken wings and the best dessert ever - the s'mores shooter. Dark rich chocolate, graham cracker crust topped off with a gooey masrshmellow topping. Yummy!

Soffa Pet Sitting and Dog Walking is the worst pet sitting service I have come across. I know their last name is Soffa, but I think they also sit on the sofa when they do a visit with your pet. I have come home to puddles of pee and an anxious dog within thirty minutes of one of their visits. That was also the last visit. If you care about your pets and actually want them to get time and attention from your pet sitter, as well as a chance to go to the bathroom, please call another service.

Dr Jared Conley is the owner and operator of Falls Pointe Animal Hospital located on Falls of the Neuse Road in North Raleigh, directly off 540. Before opening Falls Pointe Animal Hospital, Dr Conley worked at Glenwood Animal Hospital, owned by Dr Joe Gordon. Falls Pointe and Glenwood are sister hospitals. Dr Conley has a wonderful bedside manner with my pets and always makes them feel at ease. He is gentle and kind. Dr Conley also makes a point of explaining everything in laymens terms to us. I just wish Dr Conley treated humans too.

Winston's Grille, located on Falls of the Nuese Road in Raleigh, is not really a grill. I do not understand why they named it that. They should have sytyaed with the orifginal name of Winston's Restaurant. The restaurant is more of an upscale restaurant with over inflated prices. The service is slow and it is apparent our food was sitting and waiting to be delivered to our table as it was cold to the touch when we received it. Complaints to our waiter got us nowhere.
