The Harris Teeter on Oberlin Road in Cameron Village is the best Harris Teeter in town. I have shopped at many Harris Teeter's throughout the Raleigh and Wake county area and this one takes the cake. It is the largest, is always cleaned, the shelves are always stocked, it has a LaBrea bread station and the produce choices are superb.

They come back and get it when you are done with it and will store it for you. You will pay for this convenience though. I have found the prices vary quite widely among these businesses in Raleigh though. Pack Rat is by far the most expensive and they have many additional fees. Try somebody else!

I don't know how they do it so cheap! The pizza is greasy and the sauce is bland, but it will fill you up cheap. Great for the budget concious.

The Hard Times Cafe, located on Glenwood Avenue in downtown Raleigh, specializes in serving chili. They prepare four types of chili - vegetarian, Texas, Cincinnati with a hint of cinnamon and old fashioned chunky chili. The server brings a small dish to your table when she greets you with a sample of each chili. The Texas chili had a nice kick to it, but I thought the other three were bland and tasteless.
