The Brigs in Raleigh serves just breakfast, lunch and brunch - no dinner here, although some of the Brig's do have dinner. Brigs is packed on Sunday's after church because they have the best brunch in town. They serve the freshest fruits, the sweetest pastries and the best waffles I have ever had the joy to experience.
