After my horrible, horrible waxing experience at Aria Salon with Peggy, I was rather gunshy to try again. My boss referred me to High Maintenance.
Heaven! Instead of a flouorescent-lit, doctor's office feel, they have dim lighting, soft music, comfy pillows, and candles. Mireille was so nice, and the experience was fantastic.
Sure, a Brazilian wax will always hurt like heck, but if it's done in a nice environment with really great products by someone who knows what they're doing, it can be less violating and miserable. I'm going back every single month.
