We started going to this office because, frankly, no one else would take our insurance. We experienced some of the same problems as the previous reviewer - almost no time spent with us, our questions dismissed with non-answers, horrible wait times, the fact that you could NEVER get anyone to answer the phone, and an insurance/billing department that kept dropping the ball.
We had begun to look for a new doctor when changes began to occur. Another doctor was added to the practice, employees started actually answering the phone, and we started getting questions answered promptly. The waits are still long, but hey - that's any doctor's office! We've decided to stay.
As for the getting sent to the hospital comment, we've found the exact opposite to be true. The doctors are VERY conservative with their treatments and it's like pulling teeth to even get a referral to a specialist, let alone a hospital. The office doesn't even prescribe narcotics anymore.
