It may be a bit too far for you but The McGroarty Arts Center in Tujunga offers classes in Life drawing and painting, ceramics, photography, and more for both adults and kids.
Pricing is super affordable ($45-$130 for 8 weeks) which might make it worth the drive. Teachers are very qualified.
