If you are visiting LA and don't feel up to dealing with the attitudes off the hotels(big and small), then this is your place.
No attitudes and having to be perfect to stay here. The owner is onsite and takes care of you personally. This is definitely a home-like atmosphere, but just a touch nicer.
You can even arrange for a small dinner or concktail party if you are so inclined.
