I know many students that go to this charter high school in the Logan section of the city. It is a small school with high standards and academic and behavioral rigor. Many students respond positively to the rigorous expectations. The school days are long and community service is mandated. A good school in my opinion, with very high expectations.

The Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel is expensive, $10, but it's definitely better than taking the long way around. Since they did the bridge update 10 or so years ago and you now have 2 lanes in each direction, driving the bridge is a lot less scary than it used to be. The bridge tunnel is maintained well, and the view at sunset is really nice!

The Seagull Pier is the only place to stop in the middle of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge - Tunnel. It is nearer to the Chesapeake side of things. The restaurant and gift shop at the pier has not been updated in a long long time and it shows. The only food available is sodas, burgers and dogs. But if you need a rest stop, the view is nice.. and like I said, they are e the only game in town!

Nick's Roast beef has average food. It's worth going there is you have a craving for roast beef. But, the service is horrendously slow. I went there with several people for lunch one day recently and the restaurant was not busy, but they could not serve us quick enough to get back to work within the hour we had allotted. I will not be returning for lunch.

Dave's Limo is a service that will pick you up from your house and take you to the airport and vice versa. It is a convenient service when you don't have a ride to the airport, or if you don't want to park your own car down t the airport. The driver that I had was courteous and helpful, not too talkative. The prices were a little higher than I would have liked to have paid. Overall I am satisfied with my experience.

In addition to being one of the regions trauma centers, they also have one of the best rehabilitation centers, Moss Rehab, right on their campus. In addition to that they also have a long term care center on site. The care you receive at Einstein is comprehensive and personal, they have a full array of medical technology to assist them in their care.

The Maryland Zoo is a great place to spend the day. They have some interesting exhibits, like the polar bears and the monkeys outside. The zoo could use a little updating, as they are heavy on the wrought iron bars to cage the animals. I got the impression on several trips to this zoo that the animals are well cared for. Admission price is high.

The Lucky Dragon Chinese and sushi restaurant is very nice on the inside. It's plainly decorated, but sharp white walls, you get the impression of clean. I've tried their Chinese food and it was good, not the best 'very ever eaten, but pretty good. The service was good, I'll definitely return.

When I moved into the neighborhood, I received a coupon from the beer guys for a free case of soda, so I went to check it out. The staff there was very friendly and helpful (offering to carry thing to the counter, etc). They had lots of different types of beer and soda in cans. The prices are competitive. The entrance to this store is a little tricky to find - you need to walk down the walkway to find it.

Before I knew about Johnson's popcorn, I took and old plastic tub that my husband had from there and used it to clean with. I got in big trouble. Turns out you can bring your tub back from there year after year and get it filled from them for a discount. Don't make the same mistake that I did. Their caramel popcorn is really the best I ever tasted.
