I take my car here regularly to be serviced and I never feel like I am being "taken for a ride." Although I always manage to spend more than I have budgeted for car repair, I have never had a problem with something they have repaired. They are accommodating as far as scheduling and relatively friendly to deal with. I am pleased with the turn around time to get my vehicle back.
