Great apartments, excellent community and the landlord was just SPLENDID. Then they fired her and hired some horrible landlords who weren't willing to communicate with their tenants. A lot of complaints went out to the landlord so he was replaced. Thanksfully. Apartments are great! Just be aware of college parties a lot of that happens. Keep in notice, when drunks get rowdy a lot of light posts fall to the ground so if you're up early look out for those. Fun times! They jacked up the price after I left, but at one time they were 800 for 2 bedrooms. New management, new rules, plus more demand because they are walking distance from school. Great place to live though. You'll have a relaxing environment library, gym, police, and school on the corner.
