Cookies are simultaneously my greatest allies and worst enemies. And Mrs. Fields is the place where they're born. This location, situated inside the Hollywood and Highland monolith, sits on a courtyard that makes for great people watching. My favorite is and will always be white chocolate chip with macadamia nuts. One of those, a cup of hot chocolate, and twenty minutes watching the crowd go by will make you forget about everything else.

Before Hollywood and Highland, this corner was just another run-down spot on seedy Hollywood Boulevard, adjacent to Grauman's Chinese Theater. But now the mall has revitalized the entire area with its bright, clean presence. Everything from the Gap to Sephora lies within, if you're into that sort of thing.
Me, I kind of miss the run-down, seedy feeling...but there's plenty of Hollywood left for that!

I like this location in particular because they use the medium noodles for chow mein--the perfect size.
