Little Caesar's isn't the best pizza around. But it may darn well be the cheapest! The five buck carry out deal (a cheese or pepperoni pizza) is a good way to feed the office pool at lunch, or as a take-home for the family. It's easy to overlook mediocrity when we're talking about such a great price.
