Whether you're a disabled person or not, Stuntsability is a place you want to volunteer with. The owner is amazing and has been in many movies which is how this company got started. The owner is missing one arm but that doesn't stop him from moving this stunt company forward and "making it happen" for individuals.
The owner is looking for both volunteers and stunt people. A very energetic company that is in the know with the film industry.

This elegant hotel has been in the upscale La Jolla area for many, many years. The rich and famous have stayed here and keep coming back because of the wonderful hospitality and gorgeous grounds.
The food is amazing and the grounds are impeccable. The minute you drive up you are stunned by it's beauty. The hotel is definitely pricey but well worth the money, especially for a special occasion. The hotel is right in the heart of La Jolla so it's within walking distance of some very exclusive shops.
Highly recommended and worthy of any wedding reception.

The staff is very kind and cordial. The entire hotel is very modern and is a very happening scene. There are many young people lounging throughout the hotel in the lobby and if you make it up to the fabulous outside bar you won't be disappointed. Yes, the drinks are pricey but the ambiance is well worth it.
I had a great time both at the event and checking out the entire hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Diego.

I found this store by accident after shopping at Babette Schwartz literally next door. I don't frequent the Hillcrest area much so I had no idea this gem of a shoe store was around. I was walking by and a pair of shoes just caught my eye. I popped in and what a shoe nirvana.
Although they have all kinds of shoes to choose from, they are a bit eclectic for my taste. Their sales staff was very helpful and courteous and was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I didn't find a pair of shoes to buy but many customers did. The store had quite heavy foot traffic and repeat customers. The only downside to the store is parking. It's never easy to find any close parking in Hillcrest.
