Great Salads

Sunday, July 09, 2006
Sebastians is one of my favorite places to grab lunch in downtown Boston. Open only on weekdays during the work week, most of the clientele that frequent this establishment are the power-lunching crowd. Here, the salad-fixins are kept behind a counter and you ask the preparer to add-in whatever you would like. They have an excellent selection of ingredients and cleanliness is impeccable (unlike other area salad bars). The prices are a little high ($7 for a salad without a meat add in), but in my opinion they taste much better than other area diners and salad bars.
