Senor Panchos is the only authentic Mexican Restaurant in the small town that is Southbury. It is located out of the way- in a small strip mall in the back of the center of town, but it is quite popular. Here they serve excellent food like fajitas, burritos and Fabulous Margaritas. They have a small bar that is popular with area locals as well- there aren't many watering holes in this town and this one fills the margarita void.
