Paolo's Trattoria is a very much underrated Italian restaurant in Charlestown. THey serve excellent cuisine in a laid back, but chic environment. They have an excellent selection and variety of dishes. Service isn't bad either. They have take out as well, but the dishes tend to be expensive for this ($20-$30).
