Ernesto's Pizza on Salem street in the North End often is overlooked due to the popularity of Pizzeria Regina which is just around the corner. However, Ernesto's has better tasting, more unique toppings with the same great brick oven taste that is found at Pizzeria Regina.
If you want to skip the lines and the crowds, go to Ernesto's. Though the storefront looks a bit sketchy, it is truly one of the most underated places to grab a bite in all of Boston.
