A good airport from a traveler's perspective

I travel for work very regularly. I have found the Charlotte airport to be one of the nicest I have experienced. There is a lot in terms of shops and restaurants, the people are friendly. Part of this could be due to the international nature of the airport, but it ranks favorably with any airport I have visited.
