This is a great place to pick up all your meat supplies. Their stock is always really fresh and usually just pick up the same day as I will cook to maximize on the freshness. Their prices are probably a bit higher than the big, chain stores, but the quality of their meat is great and you can taste the difference (its definitely more flavorful and tasty). Give this a try and you'll want to come back again and again.
