The upscale & trendy resale shop that I have reviewed
upon before has moved to a larger location. They are
now at the Kroger Plaza (east of Jefferson Avenue) and
west of I-94 on Twenty Three Mile Road in Chesterifeld,
Township. Their address is 34880 23 Mile Road and
please note the phone number (586) 725-9200. These
shoppes have been so successful that they have added
two additional stores as well. The Richmond location
is as follows 68155 Main Street in Richmond, MI -
(586) 727-2100. The Shelby Township location is at
46863 Hayes Road (Hayes Road & 21 Mile) in Shelby
Twnship, MI - (586) 532-8778.
As I noted before, they do have a consignment program but your items must be in tip-top shape and
fairly current. Jackie Ackerman is the owner and her
items are of highest quality. Surprizingly the prices are
low for the brand name items she does carry! One of
the finest resale shops I've ever been to.

The Vernier Restaurant specializes in deep dish,
crunchy & thick savoring Italian pizza loaded with huge
meat chunks and made on sesame seed crust with
a dash of fresh parsley and parmesan cheese. One slice is close to a meal. It is so filling and fattening
and very very delicious. This marvelous restaurant serves the same type of pizza I remember watching my
Grandma DiFalco making from scratch for all of us. She
would take hours to make the pizza extra large with
generous portions of meat, veggies and cheese. I never
thought that I would be able to taste that same dish since she passed away!
The Vernier also serves Steaks, Lamb, Chicken and
a number of ocean delites along with a number of Italian
favorites. Wonderful italian desserts are available. To
name a few Spumoni, cannoli, tiramisu & creme brulee.
Vernier is a high class restaurant and prices are a
bit higher but well worth every penny. Really a nice
atmosphere for families and special occassions.

This center was awarded the title of Best Neurological
Center in Michigan by Blue Cross and I couldn't agree
more. First they have an awesome building that has
several specialty neurological groups on the same
premises. They offer a chronic pain clinic as well as
a wellness center. I was impressed that I didn't have
to wait long to see the doctor. She evokes of knowledge. All major testings including MRI, Myleogram and diagnostic tests are all performed right
in the same building. There is even a little pharmacy
on the site that offers discounts on prescriptions. When you are sick it is important to feel safe with your
doctor and I am quite pleased that she beams with
authority. I highly recommend this facility if you have
back problems.

Dr. Martha Frankowski is very precise and informative when diagnosing her
patients. She is always to the point in important matters and very professional. Today I had to go in and have an EMG - (electromyogram) which is a test designed to provide information on muscles, nerves and tissue.
Part of this test involves stimulating your nerves with tiny jolts of electricity to
view the reading of what is going on in the patients system. The other part of
this test involves needles going in to your muscles and tissues to examine the affected areas. Dr. Frankowski was very careful to make this uncomfortable testing more bearable. I even had to thank her during the tests
for trying to accomodate my needs. Her professional manner gave me confidence that I had found a reliable doctor. She does not mince small talk
with the business. Her goal is to meet her patients necessities with her
expertize! Today I give her all AAAAAAAAAAAAAA'S!

an old fashioned car clean. I can't recall how long that
our neighbors and I waited for this car wash to open.
I do know it took a couple of years since they started
building it.
Lakeside has all the extra equipment to fully make
your car shine again. The vacuums have enormous
suction power. They even have a carpet shampoo
available. My favorite benefit that they offer is the
75 cent air refreshneres. They have wild cherry, vanilla and pina colada.

Walking into this office was a pleasant experience. They are located in an
old victorian home converted into a clinic and the deco is bright and cheery.
The office staff was so pleasant and positive, wanting to assist you in any
way that they could. I was memorized by the giant red wing jersey which
was signed by the entire Red Wings Team. Dr. Douglas Kubek who works
at the clinic is by far one of the nicest and most understanding doctors that
I ever met. Although he had to perform some uncomfortable tests on me, he
was careful to make me as comfortable as he could. He explained to me
my condition in words that I could relate to and spent some time to answer
my questions. He made the entire experience a lot easier than I expected.
Definitely look forward to keeping him as my doctor for ear, nose and throat
conditions.

room 205. My experience with this group was an answer to my prayers. After suffering with pain and swelling for four months and endless doctors who
weren't sure what my problem was nor performed the necessary tests to find out either, I took it upon myself to find an appropriate doctor. I knew someone
who had Dr. Goldburger in the past and he praised this doctor to the high hills
so I made an appointment to see him. To get to the heart of the matter I would need an MRI which the staff there set up for me. In a little under 10 minutes they hit the nail on the head. The MRI showed numerous maladies
which were occurring in my system at the same time. Once the report was
investigated I could than start working with the doctors towards better health.
I will ever be indebted to this practice.

more. I walked into the brick and mortar store in Clinton Township, one of three locales. Although you

there is nothing like witnessing the true quality of their
products, firsthand. Prices are somewhat high for an
enitre outfit but they do offer the consumer the option
of renting their apparel. Screamers Costumes are open
year round. not just for Halloween! They are located
North of 15 Mile Road on the West side of Gratiot in
the Regional Mall. Plenty of parking and next store to
Gore!

Yes, there really is a Gore Store which should receive
medals for its distinctive flavor. The building
itself is totally unique, it looks like a haunted castle
which tempts you to come in and see what this place
is all about. Their motto being "We Scare You ALL
Year!" I knew that I could not leave without taking
a peek.
Run by young people who look like they are having
the time of their lives, they were totally cool about
welcoming this over-the-hill grandma and answering
her questions about the gore. They sell every kind
of horror toy you could think of which is some pretty
scary stuff. Here is the Urban Legends Haunted
House screaming with madness.
Located in the Gratiot & 15 Mile Regional Mall, I
rate this place an "A+" just for daring to be different
and for it's appeal to the younger generation.

They have the perfect setting on the glen. Ed's is
one street east of I-94 off Meisner Road. The little
inlet is called Meisner Lane, you cannot mistake it
as there is a very tall and colorful totem pole by the
entrance. The parking lot is huge. When approaching
the facility there is an attractive pond with a little water
fall. What a perfect place for pictures!
My spouse and I made our first visit to Ed's after
church today. There is plenty of dining space inside
but I choose for us to eat out on the veranda overlooking
the gorgeous grounds. There are plenty of ceiling fans
to keep a breeze filtering through the area and to help
us forget that the temperatures were in the 90's today.
I was baffled by the very reasonable prices for such
a high class facility, in fact we couldn't spend enough
to use the dining certificate that we recently bought
through restaurant.com. Both of our lunches plus
drinks came to a total of less than $20.00. I ordered
a grilled tuna sandwich on rye along with a cup of
italian barley soup (sooo delicious) and my spouse
had a huge slim jim .
We definitely know that we will return so we put the
certificate away for the next time, possibly dinnar!
