I am so very picky when it comes to italian cooking and not very often am I really
on fire about an Italian Restaurant. But Firenze absolutely does have the best
pasta dishes around! They have the pasta in a crock type dish and than they
melt the cheese right over the top of the dish and down the sides. They are the
only restaurant with this delicious benefit. Firenze is right on 10 mile road, east
of van dyke and kitty corner from ABC appliance warehouse of Centerline. Worth
going out of your way for!!!
