Aztec flavor in the heart of Disney

Although I read mixed reviews of this Coronado Springs Resort restaurant, I'm really glad my husband and I gave it a shot. The service was adequate but definitely lacking that Disney spirit. However, for what it lacked in service and atmosphere, it made up in cuisine. From the basil-cilantro dipping sauce served with the bread to the chocolate raspberry chambord cake, it was a culinary adventure. If you want tacos and enchiladas, go elsewhere; if you're looking for flavorful cuisine spiced with a exotic flare, give Maya Grill a try.
