I've been to Abate (pronounced ah-bah-tay) on several occasions, including a surprise party, a brunch, and two bridal showers. There's a great covered patio that gives patrons a breath of fresh air without the sun beating down on their meals. The brunch buffet is fantastic and includes everything from waffles and eggs benedict to an omlette station. I had my bridal shower here as well and was really pleased with the service and the food. As with most restaurants, service really depends on who is working, but they seem to hire competent and hardworking people here. Give Abate a try!
