DO NOT USE THIS PERSON AS YOUR MIDWIFE. My daughter used her and had TERRIBLE RESULTS!!!! We have huge babies in our family and a history of pre eclampsia. This was communicated to Dinah and was no concern to her. My daughter had signs of pre eclampsia before giving birth and was barely addressed. After laboring all day, dilating to a 10 her labor wasnt progressing. My daughter was never told that the baby hadnt dropped into position during any of her exams that day. Once the baby was in distress Dinah decided she should go to the hospital. My daughter fully dilated with by Grandson in distress was told to get into their car and drive themselves to the hospital. After c section my Grandson had an indention in his head and scratches from not getting passed her hip bones THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTICED ON EXAM BY DINAH!!!!!!! When Dinah was leaving the hospital she passed by the waiting room where we were and wasn't even going to stop until I addressed her. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. One week later we are visiting my daughter in ICU for pre eclampsia which was ignored by Dinah and her covering doctor Dr Downing at Harris Methodist Richardson. My daughter will be moved to a step down room today and hopefully released soon. YES "natural birth" can happen but not for everyone and not with Dinah!!! Choose a midwife that knows when she is out of her realm of expertise PLEASE : WE GOT VERRRRY LUCKY!!!
