Tres Ambiance is an intimate and complete salon that is found on Lincoln Ave, just north of Roscoe Street.
I visited Tres Ambiance to get a manicure and I was most pleased with the service I received. I was greeted warmly at the door and offered a drink. When seated for the manicure, I learned that in lieu of using water to soak my nails, they would be soaked in a warm lotion. It felt wonderful and of course my hands left feeling very soft. I was impressed with the manicure, the details taken to my nails and of course, the polish last just over one week, which is a sign that the polish was applied well. Ask for Maria to receive this outstanding manicure.
As customers enter the salon they are recognized and greeted by name. It is a small and intimate salon and most patrons have been going there for years. The services they provide include nails, waxing, facials and hair service.
I have felt so welcome there on several occasions that in addition to getting my nails done there I also plan to get my hair styled at Tres Ambiance.

Armanetti’s is a locally owned business that offers its customers very important principles. First, the customer service is outstanding. While preparing for a dinner party, Mr. Armanetti took time to discuss with me the meal I was planning and the wine that would suit my meal best. His knowledge of wines of all varietals is extremely impressive. It was wonderful that time was taken to help me make the best selection possible for me and my guests. Second, the prices of the wines at Armanetti’s are lower than prices I’ve seen at other wine stores and grocery stores.
On Saturday’s Armanetti’s provides the opportunity for customers to sample wines and this is a remarkable way for patrons to learn of new wines they perhaps may not notice under normal circumstances. Every time I shop at Armanetti’s I find myself going home with something new and interesting to try.
