Won't patronize this cleaners again

I had been taking my clothes to neighborhood cleaners for about 7months. I thought they were doing a good job, but my honest gut reaction was that I've been to better dry cleaners. I brought one of my dresses there recently and I was very disturbed to find that the cleaning of the bottom part of the dress was extremely inadequate. I felt that a simple soil that was on the dress should have been removed. I also realized they don't dry clean the clothes there, they ship them out and I'd rather use a dry cleaners where the work is being done in the store.
